Job Description: 
Insight Global is seeking a Registered Nurse to support an HIV Clinic in Gainesville, GA. This role functions similarly to an ambulatory private practice environment and includes expanded nursing responsibilities. The RN will provide triage support for Nurse Practitioners, assist with clinical assessments, and deliver direct patient care. The position also includes case management duties, patient education, and ongoing interaction with a dedicated patient panel. RNs may also support STI testing, vaccinations, and referrals as needed.

Day-To-Day:

  • Triage patients for Nurse Practitioners, including vitals, medical history, and patient preparation.
  • Provide direct clinical support by administering shots, vaccines, and assisting with STI testing.
  • Complete referrals and follow-up tasks after NP visits when needed.
  • Manage a personal caseload of patients, offering case management and routine check-ins.
  • Maintain thorough documentation and follow established nursing protocols.
  • Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure efficient, patient-centered care.
