In this role, you'll partner closely with a Senior Customer Success Manager, supporting some of our most strategic wealth management and enterprise clients while developing the skills needed to eventually manage your own book of business.

You'll gain hands-on experience participating in client meetings, driving day-to-day account management, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, and helping ensure successful partner outcomes. As you grow in the role, you'll progressively take ownership of client relationships, with the goal of independently managing enterprise accounts within your first year. Team members residing within the New York City metropolitan area are expected to work from our NYC office at least three days per week.

Key responsibilities

  • Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders while learning how to navigate complex organizations
  • Own day-to-day client requests, follow-ups, and project coordination to ensure an exceptional partner experience
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Tax Operations, and Implementation teams to execute client initiatives
  • Help identify opportunities to expand partner engagement and deliver additional value
  • Gradually assume ownership of client calls and account management responsibilities as you develop in the role

Experience

  • 2–5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Client Services, Relationship Management, or a similar customer-facing role
  • Experience supporting enterprise, financial services, fintech, SaaS, or wealth management clients is preferred but not required
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build credibility and trust with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Highly organized with strong project management and follow-through skills
