Based out of the Music City, Nashville, TN, Acumen Technology is a leading IT Managed Services Provider focusing on financial institutions, healthcare, and other industries that are serious about security and doing IT right. Your responsibilities as a Client Success Team member will include:
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with assigned clients, understanding their business needs, and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Scheduling and leading regular Strategic Technology Review meetings with assigned clients
  • Proactively identifying and addressing client concerns and issues, and ensuring timely resolution.
  • Working closely with internal teams to coordinate and prioritize client requests and projects.
  • Contributing to the ongoing improvement of client success processes and procedures.
  • Collaborating with the Sales team to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within assigned client base.
