We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative for our Commercial Auto team to support policy servicing and operational activities within our commercial auto business.

This role plays a key part in the execution of policy transactions, including binding support, regulatory filings, billing follow-up, and subjectivity tracking. The position requires strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

The role also interacts with agents and internal teams to support inquiries and ensure a smooth flow of work from request to bind to policy expiration.

Requirements:
  • Associate's degree in business or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in insurance, customer service, or administrative support.
