Qualifications

Job Requirements:
Must have a minimum of associates level technical degree, four year college or technical school degree preferred.
Must have proven experience in providing complex voice and data system solutions to financial clients or other large enterprise clients
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must have excellent interpersonal and time management skills.
Must be detail oriented, multi-tasking, and able to deal with tight deadlines and stress.
Must have Project Management capabilities to work with other teams to accomplish goals
Friendly and out-going with a keen ability to work in teams
Structured and methodical approach
Driven to high quality and excellence
Extremely client-oriented
DESIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS:
IP communications, including VOIP and SIP
Network security including SBC, firewalls, etc.
Active Directory, MS OCS, Windows / Linux Operating Systems
VM Ware and other virtual environments
Telecoms and IPT e.g. Avaya, Cisco and any other PBX vendors
CTI, CRM or voice and data application integration
Digital TDM communication networks, voice networks, private line connectivity, hoot 'n' holler networks, and bridging
Understanding of POTs, Q.SIG, PRI and T1 interfaces
Familiarity with Voice Recording systems & centralized storage solutions like EMC
