Job description

WHAT ARE WE ALL ABOUT AT ELEMENT THREE?

Element Three is a full-service agency that bridges the gap for businesses in the dealer distribution model. We go beyond the obvious, bringing campaigns to life with big ideas, building brand strategies, telling stories, and creating meaningful marketing. Our purpose is to "foster growth in people and business so they can change the world." The team at Element Three takes this mission seriously, and it is manifest in everything we do. We make good brands great. We are accountable for delivering results on our strategies. Every single time. What does this mean for you? You will join a team of tenacious, hard-working pros who excel in what they do and lift each other along the way.

The Project Management department ensures our clients experience efficient and seamless servicing of their work. As a Project Manager, you are responsible for the successful delivery of work on your assigned projects from kickoff to final deliverable. You are a force that helps keep the troops organized and supported. You remain both informed and informative. You are at home in the details and prefer having data to support your actions. You may not know the answer to every question, but you are determined to find it. You keep track of each task, milestone, and project to ensure they maintain progress. You are a champion of process, but flexible in its application. You are diligent about quality assurance. In short, you aim to create an environment that enables teams to deliver exceptional work.

A TYPICAL WEEK MIGHT LOOK SOMETHING LIKE THIS:

  • Draft a Project Plan for a new project.
  • Schedule key meetings with the internal team and client to make sure all stakeholders are present and fully informed.
  • Assemble a timeline for a new project and assign the appropriate milestones and tasks within our project management system.
  • Confirm that a client deliverable has passed through the appropriate internal QA process before it is shipped to the client.
  • Facilitate team Slack discussions and meetings to maintain clarity for all participants and mitigate any risks to project success.
  • Schedule and facilitate a project status client call. You'll keep everyone on schedule, take note of key updates and potential project roadblocks, and ensure that immediate next steps are identified and assigned.
  • Navigate a fire on an active project. The wrong ad creative was launched, and the client needs to be informed of how we're going to resolve the issue quickly.
  • Monitor project budgets and expenses and provide forecast projections to Element Three's finance team.

THIS JOB MIGHT BE RIGHT FOR YOU IF:

  • You are organized, prompt, and responsible. You enjoy managing information and keeping everyone on the same page.
  • You don't shy away from conflict, and you actively seek clarity. You are always willing to do what it takes to get the job done.
  • You are curious by nature, adaptable, and thoughtful. You focus on solutions, not problems, and never point fingers.
  • You are an anchor of reality, practical, and encouraging. You are highly collaborative but also work well independently.
  • You are tenacious, motivated, and driven. You take ownership of the time you spend with us and truly make a difference. You're eager to take the next step.
  • You embrace the influence you have over the work. You remain transparent, aware, accountable, and consistent while expecting the same from your teammates.

TO LAND THIS GIG YOU NEED:

  • The ability to effectively maintain positive relationships with internal and client stakeholders.
  • Proven success in identifying creative solutions to complex problems and managing multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of, or desire to learn more about, brand and demand marketing strategies, concepts, and tactics.
  • Experience creating and delivering client-facing project progress and status reports.
  • Familiarity with navigating and utilizing project management software.
  • At least 2 years in a program or project manager role in a services industry environment. Agency experience is a plus.
