Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation & Strategy: Design, write, and publish engaging posts across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Google Business Profiles.
  • Reputation & Engagement: Facilitate online conversations, monitor customer reviews, and assist management with feedback strategies.
  • Digital & Local Marketing: Run targeted email marketing campaigns and optimize dealership landing pages for Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
  • Community & Events: Attend check presentations, vehicle giveaways, and dealership events to capture real-time photo/video content.
  • Website Management: Help keep site promotions, inventory features, and manufacturer offers up to date.


What we are looking for:

  • Experience: High School Diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Digital Media preferred (or 2+ years of hands-on digital media experience).
  • Platform Experience: Strong working knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google, website CMS platforms, and basic analytics.
  • Creative Skills: Eye for graphic design, basic video editing, and strong written copywriting/grammar skills.
  • Interpersonal Skills: A positive, self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently, collaborate with dealership teams, and engage comfortably with the public.
  • Requirements: Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
