A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE
As a Warehouse Associate, you play a crucial role in the smooth running of our distribution center. If our customers' orders don't get shipped, we can't do business. So, it's up to you to get the shipments on their way. Your day is never dull as you tackle the variety of tasks it takes to fulfill an order. When a new one comes in, you select the parts and pack them up, and the boxes are then loaded into trucks for shipment. You always have an RF scanner on hand to ensure that each part is tracked to its final destination.
Troubleshooting is constantly on your mind. As you pick each part, you check it over to make sure it meets quality requirements. You know what it's like to receive a perfectly picked and packed order, and you want our customers to have that same satisfying experience every time they open a shipment from us. Picturing those contented customers makes your day fly by. You are proud of the work you do!
QUALIFICATIONS
  • High school diploma OR equivalent
  • 18+ years old
  • Capacity to perform the physical requirements of the job, including standing for extended periods and climbing short ladders
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
  • Willingness to adhere to all safety procedures
  • Distribution Center / warehouse experience a plus
  • Ability to work on a varied set of tasks & manage multiple priorities

WORK SCHEDULE
This laborer position enjoys an assigned schedule of 8-hour shifts Mondays through Fridays, starting between 8:30AM - 5:00PM
