Job description

Path Construction is seeking a Contracts Coordinator to support our contracts team and assist in the successful execution of contracts, agreements, and related documents from start to finish. This role provides administrative and coordination support across internal project teams, subcontractors/vendors, and clients, helping ensure each agreement is organized, accurate, and positioned for success.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable enforcing compliance with Path's guidelines. This individual will work alongside the Contracts Manager, contributing to day-to-day coordination, managing deadlines, tracking project information, and supporting the overall purchasing process.

This is a full-time, onsite position based in Path Construction's Central region office.

Requirements

  • Report directly to the Contracts Manager throughout the purchasing process.
  • Draft agreements and contract exhibits in Word using Path templates, and update agreements showing tracked changes based on internal notes/comments.
  • Document comments during reviews with subcontractors/vendors and clients.
  • Create meeting minutes and update agendas for various purchasing meetings.
  • Share deliverables with project teams via email, and communicate notes from the Contracts Manager to estimating and executives during the bidding process.
  • Communicate with internal teams, subcontractors/vendors, and clients to request deliverables.
  • Process agreements through DocuSign and set up new project DocuSign templates.
  • Process hard copy agreements with the Contracts Manager when required.
  • Review documents for compliance with Path's internal guidelines.
  • Update internal tracking sheets in Excel.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to schedule meetings.
  • Save and maintain files within internal OneDrive systems.
Qualifications
  • Associate's degree or higher.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, OneDrive) and PDF editing.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to manage deadlines and work on multiple projects at the same time.
