Job description

Must Have:

  • Database administration, On-premises and On-cloud (Azure)
  • Microsoft Dynamics - Great plains (GP )
  • CRM Salesforce experience
  • Hands on experience with Database Administration specially SQL server, maintaining and managing databases as a DBA, Senior level experience as a DBA is required.
  • Hands on experience with Microsoft Dynamics Great plain and finance systems, Microsoft Business Central and Finance system concepts, Senior level experience with GP is required.
  • Hands on experience with Sales force CRM
  • Hands on experience with different report-generating tools specifically SQL Report builder.
  • Hands on experience with Application development (e.g eCommerce and Website & Sharepoint /MS Teams Online support) in a Microsoft Cloud environment, leveraging technologies like .Net MVC, MS SQL, Team Foundation Server and SharePoint, to provide capacity to the team in support of the Strategic Plan.
  • Experience with MS 365 administration/development of SharePoint, MS Teams, Power Apps/Platform, and ticketing systems like Shopify and Siriusware and other SaaS applications
  • Experience with supporting Public Websites that use Content Management Solutions built on the Microsoft development stack (Umbraco etc) and integrating third party software API’s with Microsoft web applications and technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Creates physical database designs and operates and administers the database management system (DBMS) including database optimization, capacity planning, installation and migration, database design, performance tuning, backup and recovery.
  • Manages day to day operation of Microsoft Dynamics GP and works with finance team

Deliverables

  • For OSC, where there is significant focus on ticketing systems, CRM - salesforce , reporting, and integrations, practical experience with SQL Server + Salesforce Administration + Great Plains support and implementation.
