Position Summary: With general guidance as a member of the Marketing team, will implement and facilitate marketing content and communications in support of the marketing strategy to increase exposure and engagement for the Hyundai Motor Finance, Kia Finance and Genesis Finance brands. Will be responsible for leveraging various resources in the organization including collaboration with Sales, Servicing, Marketing, Strategy, Remarketing and Operations teams. Additionally, will use new technologies and platforms to increase our brand equity by creating engaging dealer & customer communications.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage customer and dealer communication journeys end-to-end. These include loyalty, lease maturity, and service communications.
  • Design, build, and launch new communication journeys using Salesforce Marketing Cloud to algin with business and retention objectives.
  • Draft, edit and deploy internal and external communications across: Email, SMS/Test, Direct Mails, and Dealer Portal. 
  • Leverage Marketing Cloud and automation tools to execute segment, personalize and optimize campaigns and journeys.
  • Plan and manage the communication calendar and roadmap.
  • Execute A/B testing on subject lines, creative, messaging and formats, and apply learning to improve delivery performance.
  • Use AI tools to enhance and accelerate content creation, personalization, segmentation, campaign ideation, and quality assurance.
  • Continuously identify opportunities where AI can improve communication quality, consistency, and efficiency.
  • Develop and deliver regular reports on communication performance, customer journey engagement, A/B testing results.
  • Work with external vendors to facilitate communication initiatives (translation services, direct mail vendors, promotional item vendors, etc.)
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of branding and information across various platforms that communicate to customers and dealers.
  • Own and manage the Dealer Portal content and communication placement.
  • Optimize portal content strategy to improve dealer engagement and usage.
  • Implement usage of metrics and propose improvements.
  • Coordinate Dealer Portal updates with internal stakeholders and vendors. 
  • Manage relationships with communication-related vendors including print vendor, e-Store vendor, translation vendor, marketing production vendors.
  • Oversee execution quality, timelines, and cost control.
  • Support vendor performance evaluation and continuous improvement.
  • Provide support for special marketing and sales projects and initiatives as needed.
  • Support employee and partner events with digital graphics, promotional materials and branded merchandise.
  • Produce digital and print collateral such as product brochures and guides

Work Experience:

  • 2-3 years branding, customer communication, and/or marketing experience, or related field Business/Professional level proficiency in French preferred Previous marketing translation experience is an asset.

Education & Certification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related area of study or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Excellent language skills in French & English, both verbal and written preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 software such as Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Loop, and Word.
  • Strong knowledge of content management systems (CMS) & marketing automation systems (Marketing Cloud).
  • Strong Knowledge of Adobe software such as Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
  • Strong interpersonal relationship and project management skills.
  • Advanced writing skills, including editing and proofreading. As writing is a critical element of this role, short-listed candidates will be asked to submit a sample of their writing.
  • Sound understanding of marketing and branding principles.
  • SEO fundamentals, and website content optimization for improved visibility and optimal accessibility.
  • Creative, detail oriented and organized
