Requirements

What We're Looking For

At Clarkston Consulting, your degree is only part of your potential. Your passion, excitement for learning, drive, interpersonal skills, work experience, and community involvement are more critical than your major, so we do not exclude based on degree. Please note that our Bootcamp Training Program is only open to those who are current college seniors that are graduating in Fall/Winter 2026 or Spring 2027.

We are looking for hard-working, motivated and collaborative individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are excited to build a career in consulting. This role involves 30-50% travel and offers the opportunity to work on technology-driven projects that help clients tackle complex business challenges and transform their operations.

The ideal candidate brings strong communication skills, business acumen, and a technical mindset. We value organizational skills, project experience, and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Just as important is your eagerness to learn quickly, take on new challenges, and contribute to team success.

Travel Requirement

Travel is an integral part of this role and is estimated to average 30-50%. This may vary based upon client and project needs. When not traveling, consultants work from their home office. Relocation is not required.
