The Opportunity
As a Pricing, Promotions, and Revenue Senior Associate - Pharma, you will specialize in providing consulting services focused on enhancing the overall customer experience within our Commercial & Service Excellence network. You will analyze customer touchpoints, design customer journey maps, and offer guidance to help clients create seamless and personalized experiences that drive customer satisfaction and loyalty. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward isn't clear.
In this role, you will be part of our Pricing, Promotions & Revenue Management team, working closely with clients in the Pharma and Life Sciences sector. You will use a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems, interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations. Upholding professional and technical standards, you will develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is changing, using these moments as opportunities to grow.
Responsibilities
- Analyzing client needs to develop customer-centric solutions that enhance customer experience and drive business growth
- Designing customer journey maps to create seamless and personalized experiences that increase customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Utilizing analytical thinking and trend analysis to inform strategic recommendations for client engagements
- Managing sales funnels and customer engagement strategies to optimize revenue generation and client retention
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement business process improvements and customer strategies
- Interpreting data to provide insights and recommendations that align with broader business objectives
- Upholding professional and technical standards while maintaining compliance with industry regulations
- Building meaningful client connections and fostering teamwork to achieve project goals and deliverables
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer Engineering, Information CyberSecurity, Computer and Information Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Computer Applications

- Prior experience in pricing, promotions, revenue growth management, and related analytics, including direct project work with pharmaceutical or life sciences clients and experience within P&LS organizations or consulting firms
- Demonstrating analytical thinking and business process improvement
- Engaging in customer strategy and customer engagement
- Utilizing trend analysis and sales funnel management
- Excelling in teamwork and communication
- Applying intellectual curiosity to solve complex problems

Job Posting End Date

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
