JOB TITLE: Professional Housing Consultant
ON TARGET EARNINGS: $100,000 - $150,000/Annually  (Salary + Commission) 
JOB TYPE: Full-Time
SCHEDULE: M-S, (second day off during the week)
WORK LOCATION: York, NE *This is an in-person position

Job Responsibilities:

  • Contacting company provided qualified leads.
  • Scheduling and managing appointments.
  • Determining customers' wants and needs.
  • Offering a compelling product presentation
  • Helping the customer commit to beginning the process of investing in a new home.
  • Prospecting via social media, marketing & promoting new business.
  • Documenting sales activities in our CRM.
  • Follow up with prospects throughout the buying process.
  • Working & communicating effectively with customers & team-members
  • Reporting to management.

Job Requirements:

  • 3 Years of documented B2C sales experience
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Proven Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
  • Proven proficiency using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
  • Proven proficiency in time management
  • Communicating with team members and management
  • Participation in training programs
