Overview

Evergreen’s Solutions Associate Program is an accelerated training initiative designed for early-career professionals who want to design and deliver technology solutions that solve real business problems. Associates will develop business, technical, and communication skills through mentorship and hands-on experience to understand business needs, design solutions, and implement technical visions in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.


Responsibilities
  • Participate in training to build technical and leadership skills to succeed in a professional services career. Training will include cross-functional exposure of Sales & Delivery to drive a well-rounded experience.
  • Collaborate with senior architects though mentorship and hands-on project work.
  • Learn to translate customer business problems into clear solution requirements through structured discovery and analysis in a collaborative team environment.
  • Design practical and scalable solution approaches in practice domains including Data, AI, Custom & Enterprise Apps, Customer Experience, Cloud, Enterprise Ops, Engineering.
  • Create polished visuals and decks to communicate solution options effectively.
  • Present and sell solutions to stakeholders using storytelling, influence, and value-based framing.

Qualifications
