Senior Associate, Product Management - Client & Associate Platforms (Mobile & Web)

Product Management at Capital One is a booming, vibrant craft that requires reimagining the status quo. We are looking for a visionary PM to help us build the next generation of multi-platform banking tools. We believe that the digital revolution isn't just happening at a desk-it's happening on the go.

The Commercial (CML) Client and Associate Platforms Product Team builds core solutions that empower our customers and the associates who serve them. This role is at the heart of our digital banking experience of the future. Our work ensures that every interaction is seamless, scalable, and intelligent. We are looking for a quick-learning strategic executioner with a passion for mobile-first workflows and full-stack delivery.

As part of our team, you will:

  • Empower the Field: Craft strategies that equip our financial advisors with mobile-optimized tools, enabling a world-class, "anywhere" operation for loan management and treasury products.

  • Drive Mobile Innovation: Build "always on" technologies, leveraging push notifications and real-time data to increase profitability and empower associates.

  • Orchestrate Delivery: Own the roadmap for new features, ensuring feature parity and a consistent UX across iOS, Android, and Web platforms.

  • Risk Mitigation: Strengthen controls through automated monitoring and secure mobile authentication protocols.

Capital One Product Framework:

  • Human Centered: Obsesses over how users interact with products in different contexts (e.g., "thumb-friendly" UI for associates in the field vs. data-heavy desktop views).

  • Business Focused: Delivers game-changing outcomes by focusing on mobile adoption metrics and execution excellence.

  • Technology Driven: Leverages modern tech stacks (APIs, Cloud, Mobile SDKs) to deliver resilient solutions that scale.

  • Integrated Problem Solving: Resolves complex platform hurdles, such as offline data sync and cross-platform latency.

  • Transformational Leadership: Leads cross-functional teams (including Mobile Engineering and UX Design) to drive organizational alignment.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or military experience.

  • At least 1 year of experience in product management, or 1 year of experience in product design, agile delivery, data science, or software engineering.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering.

  • 1+ years of experience launching mobile-first features or managing mobile app lifecycles.

  • 1+ years translating business strategy into consumer-facing digital or mobile products.

  • 1+ years of experience with responsive design, mobile APIs, or core platforms powering digital experiences.
