The Opportunity
As a Strategy& Enterprise and Functional Strategy, Operations Sr. Associate, you will focus on providing strategic guidance and insights to organizations, analyzing market trends, assessing business performance, and developing recommendations to help clients achieve their goals. Within our Strategy Consulting practice, you will specialize in developing and implementing strategic plans to optimize operational efficiency and drive business growth. You will analyze data, identify opportunities for improvement, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance processes and achieve organizational objectives.
As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. Navigating increasingly complex situations, you will grow your personal brand, deepen your technical skills, and become aware of your strengths. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions. Embracing increased ambiguity, you will be comfortable when the path forward isn't clear, using these moments as opportunities to grow.

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
