As a high-growth firm, Wilson Engineers offers the opportunity to work on impactful and technically challenging projects alongside a talented and passionate team. We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical CAD Drafter to join our Tempe, Arizona office.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Day-to-day job functionality will require working with AutoCAD in order to create, maintain, and edit process, instrumentation, and electrical plans and schematics for water and wastewater treatment plants and industrial facilities
  • Complete multiple assignments successfully through strong communication skills, including written and verbal, with the ability to multi-task in a deadline driven environment
  • Develop plans, detail sheets, and electrical diagrams.
  • Ability to work in a team setting or independently as necessary.
  • Edit Sheet Specifications as required per project
  • Ability to think creatively and visualize in terms of 3D is required.

Requirements
  • Qualified candidates will have CAD related Associate’s Degree (preferred), OR equivalent work experience as a CAD Drafter/Technician
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD (2010+) / REVIT is required
  • Must have the ability to arrive on time daily and work from 8 am – 5 pm
  • Possess strong organizational skills
  • Database driven drawing generation experience is an asset
