Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency in CREO and/or SolidWorks; CSWA/CSWP or similar CAD certification.
  • Associate degree or certificate in mechanical drafting, CAD technology, mechanical design, or engineering technology.
  • Experience with 3D scanning and scan-to-CAD workflows; web-ready technical illustrations; PDM/PLM, ERP, or quality/ECR tracking systems.
  • Motorsports experience or involvement (including Formula SAE or similar); familiarity with fluid dynamics and heat transfer concepts, cooling systems and vehicle componentry.
  • Hands-on fabrication experience (sheet metal, welding, machining, or similar) and general automotive knowledge.

What We Offer

  • Competitive compensation based on skills and experience, plus overtime premium opportunities.
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance (PPO and HSA-eligible options); HSA; EAP; group life, voluntary life, and short- and long-term disability insurance; 401(k) with company match; paid vacation and holidays.
