Job SummaryThis position is responsible for developing job descriptions and conducting job analysis and evaluations for assigned business areas; conducting market analyses and recommendations; participating in salary surveys; and assisting in the annual salary compensation review. Support the administration of compensation including salary and API. Assist with the analysis data to inform the design, development and updates of compensation programs and compensation projects as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Teams) and intermediate Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUPs, formulas, and formatting).
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain pay-related information clearly.
  • Experience in project coordination or administration with ability to manage multiple projects and timelines.

PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Relevant internships or HR administrative experience.
  • 2 years of relevant professional experience.

This is a Flex (Hybrid) role: 3 days in office; 2 days remote.
