Scope of Position
This highly motivated results driven individual, as part of the Sales Support Teams, will be responsible for managing and grow customer relationships by delivering tailored technology solutions in a fast-paced, professional environment. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to business growth while collaborating with cross-functional teams and maintaining a high standard of customer service excellence.
This position has no direct reports.
This position reports to the Inside Sales Manager. This role is onsite and is based in Escondido, California.
Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Engage customers via phone and email to assess needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions.
  • Manage and grow existing customer accounts while identifying opportunities to develop new business.
  • Analyze installation requirements and customize product offerings to align with customer specifications.
  • Coordinate with customers, contractors, plumbers, electricians, and security partners to ensure seamless order execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a structured daily workflow including outbound calls, email communication, and participation in team meetings.
  • Track sales activity and performance against established targets and objectives.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, pricing, and new product launches to support informed recommendations.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly, documenting actions and collaborating with management as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales transactions, and communications within the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal team members to support shared goals and deliver consistent customer service outcomes.
  • Perform other projects, assignments and duties as assigned by the Inside Sales Manager or Company management.

Required Qualifications
  • Associate's degree a plus, but not required
  • 1+ years of service
  • Prior experience in sales and customer service is preferred
  • Proficiency with computers, phones, and Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.
  • Experience maintaining customer records and managing account information preferred.
  • Must successfully establish employment eligibility and satisfactorily complete background checks and required pre-employment testing as a condition of employment.

Working Conditions
While performing the job duties, you will be working on-site at a manufacturing facility and will perform the majority of your duties in an office environment. You may, at times, be required to be present on the manufacturing floor and will be required to wear the appropriate personal protective equipment. You will be required to work in the office at the Escondido, California location (Monday - Friday). Your scheduled work hours will be communicated to you by your manager.
Physical Requirements: Specific physical abilities required for this position include, but are not limited to:

Pay Range
The expected salary range for this position is $25.50 - $28.65 hourly. Actual compensation will be dependent upon individual skills, experience, qualifications, and applicable law.
