There is NO HOA EXPERIENCE NECESSARY. We are looking for a customer service driven individual who is interested in getting involved in the HOA industry as a Community Manager that understands the benefits of a team culture and works with support staff to exceed the expectations of our clients and vendors. Summary of Job:

The Associate Manager will report to their assigned Director of Community Management and be responsible for assisting the Director with the day-to-day responsibilities of managing a portfolio of community associations.

Essential Duties Include (but are not limited to):

  • Must be available to attend evening board meetings
  • Transcribe minutes and action list
  • Complete action items
  • Assist with preparation of Directors Reports
  • Review and code payables
  • Return phone calls and respond to emails
  • Conduct property inspections
  • Transcribe inspection reports
  • Solicit & review proposals/contracts
  • Prepare bid comparisons
  • Check in with supervisor daily to advise of any issues or concerns
  • Obtain CMCA certification

**More duties and responsibilities will be discussed in detail if called upon for an interview.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

  • 4-year college degree preferable but not required
  • Property management experience preferred
  • At least 1 year customer service experience, 2 or more years preferred
  • Attention to detail and organization is key
  • Excellent communication skills both written & verbal
  • Critical thinking & problem-solving skills
  • Excellent customer service mindset
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Positive attitude
  • The ability to navigate challenging situations
