Employee must be located and able to work in San Diego County, California.

HOA Community Manager Property Advantage is an HOA Management firm for community associations located in Carlsbad, CA. We are currently seeking an experienced customer service oriented Associate Community Association Manager to handle a portfolio of homeowners associations in both North County and San Diego County. The responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Managing and performing daily tasks associated with management services to our customers, including Homeowners and HOA Board of Directors
  • Review and understand the contractual obligations of the management/accounting services and be familiar with all vendor contracts
  • Attend all Board meetings as required and Annual Meetings
  • Contribute to the board meeting by making suggestions on ways to handle items or providing information to the Board
  • Establishing a working calendar for all projects, walk through, packet preparation time, and minute preparation time and staff meetings
  • Ensuring that all association policies are followed, and that policies are in accordance with Property Advantage policies and that the Board of Directors are familiar with our procedures
  • Seeing that invoices submitted are paid, understanding and approving financial statements.
