We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial Real Estate Broker to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, helping clients buy, sell, and lease commercial properties. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills, market knowledge, and a passion for delivering exceptional service. Requirements:

Responsibilities :

• Represent buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants in commercial real estate transactions with a primary focus on retail properties 

• Prospect for new clients through cold calling, networking, and community engagement 

• Perform market research and financial analysis to support client advisory 

• Conduct property tours and create customized marketing presentations 

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships 

• Prepare lease proposals, purchase agreements, and listing contracts 

• Work collaboratively with internal team members, SVN advisors nationwide, and external stakeholders 

• Stay current with local market trends and industry developments 

• Track all activities in CRM systems to ensure transparency and organization 

• Attend and participate in regular training, team meetings, and SVN national events


Qualifications :

• Illinois Real Estate Broker License (active or ability to obtain within 90 days) 

• 1–3+ years of sales or commercial real estate experience preferred 

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills 

• Self-motivated, disciplined, and entrepreneurial mindset 

• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize multiple tasks 

• Technologically savvy (Microsoft Office, CRM, CoStar, LoopNet, etc.)

• Team player with a collaborative spirit aligned with SVN's "Shared Value Network®" philosophy and SVN Core 3’s Core Values.
