Client Service Manager

In this role, you'll partner with clients, carriers, underwriters, and internal team members to ensure policy needs are handled accurately and efficiently. You'll serve as a key point of contact throughout the client lifecycle, providing guidance, support, and proactive solutions that help clients feel confident in their coverage decisions.
How You'll Make an Impact
  • Deliver exceptional service by responding promptly to client inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive client experience.
  • Review insurance coverage and identify evolving client needs to recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Collaborate with clients to tailor insurance programs that align with their unique requirements and risk profiles.
  • Process policy changes, endorsements, renewals, and new business submissions accurately and efficiently.
  • Coordinate with carriers, underwriters, and internal teams to expedite policy issuance and resolve complex service issues.
  • Maintain accurate and organized client records within the agency management system.
  • Identify opportunities to expand coverage and strengthen client relationships through additional products and services.
  • Stay current on industry trends, product offerings, and regulatory requirements to provide informed guidance.

What You BringDay One:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a client service, administrative support, or related role.
  • Knowledge of insurance products, coverage types, and industry practices.
  • Strong customer service, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn agency management systems.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information professionally.
  • Massachusetts Property & Casualty Insurance License, or the ability to obtain one after hire.
Valuable Additions:
  • 2 or more years of experience in a client service role within a Property & Casualty insurance agency.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Active Massachusetts Property & Casualty Insurance License.
  • Experience working directly with carriers and underwriters.
  • Demonstrated success identifying cross-selling opportunities and supporting business growth objectives.
