Job description

Associate Manager, Client Services

The Associate Manager, Client Services supports the members of the Client Services team by providing operational support and facilitation of daily processes and delivering and sustaining the highest level of client service. In this role, the Associate Manager, Client Services, will help fuel Access' growth by meeting account revenue goals driving revenue generation efforts and new business development within existing accounts.

What you will do:
  • Assist in the oversight of project timelines, ensuring projects remain on time, on strategy, and on budget for up to 300 projects annually
  • Support the Client Services team in development of project budgets and proactively manage internal client resources to meet overall account revenue goals
  • Maintain working knowledge of client schedule and present a strategic approach to manage events by researching and summarizing event info and exhibit manuals
  • Provide support to Managers on client calls, as well as take the lead when necessary
  • Work closely with the Warehouse and Project Management to ensure progress and quality of projects
  • Coordinate with Procurement and Purchasing to process new requests for properties
  • Analyze client input, together with background knowledge, research, field feedback, etc., to assist the Client Services team in the recommending solutions
  • Estimate and reconcile project budgets for jobs up to approx. $10,000
  • Perform administrative tasks related to travel, expense, and time off approvals

  • Corporate tradeshow/meeting or event related fulfillment is a plus
  • 1-2 years of experience in a client service or customer service-related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Capable of analytical thinking and problem solving
