Their primary responsibilities include assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients with musculoskeletal issues, especially those related to the spine. They perform spinal adjustments, recommend rehabilitative exercises, and provide lifestyle advice to improve patient health. Associate Chiropractors may also assist with patient consultations, maintain treatment records, and contribute to the overall management of the practice.

To thrive as an Associate Chiropractor, you need a Doctor of Chiropractic degree, state licensure, and a solid understanding of musculoskeletal anatomy and adjustment techniques. Familiarity with digital radiography, patient management software, and continuing education or certifications in specialized chiropractic techniques are often required.
