As an Analytics Solutions Associate on the Branch Channel Analytics team you will who combines strategic thinking with strong delivery execution and is motivated by using AI/ML and analytics to drive measurable sales impact. In this role, you will shape the analytics strategy and own end-to-end delivery-from problem framing and solution design through testing, implementation, and performance measurement. You'll build and deploy analytics- and AI-driven capabilities that improve how branch teams prioritize opportunities, run their day-to-day workflows, and sell effectively. You will partner closely with Product, Engineering, Data Science, HR, and business leaders to translate complex insights into practical, scalable solutions that integrate into frontline workflows and drive adoption.

This role is well-suited for someone who enjoys bridging strategy and execution, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is energized by taking ideas from concept to production with clear business outcomes.

The Branch Channel Analytics organization empowers front-line sales teams by harnessing data, insights, and artificial intelligence to drive effectiveness and impact. The Analytic Strategy & Execution team drives strategic initiatives to optimize how our sales teams engage with our clients, staffing headcount, sales products. This role will drive how to design and implement human-centric AI/ML solutions to drive innovation for our sales teams. You'll partner closely with product, engineering, HR, and branch leadership to drive measurable impact at enterprise scale in a highly cross functional environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end design and delivery of analytics and AI/ML solutions that drive measurable value for Sales.
  • Translate business problems into clear hypotheses, requirements, and prioritized roadmaps across strategic initiatives.
  • Client engagement: develop personalization and next-best-action insights to improve how teams engage clients.
  • Branch staffing & headcount: build staffing/capacity analytics and AI/ML-enabled planning recommendations.
  • Sales coaching & enablement: help deliver intelligent coaching tools (e.g., AI-powered assistants/chatbots) and adoption plans.
  • Partner with stakeholders across Sales, Product, Tech, and Data to identify opportunities and align on success metrics.
  • Build robust data foundations and analytical artifacts (datasets, dashboards, models, experiments) with strong governance.
  • Use testing and measurement (A/B tests, pilots, KPI tracking) to quantify impact and iterate quickly.
  • Integrate solutions into human-centric workflows, ensuring usability and change management for frontline teams.
  • Communicate insights clearly to senior leaders; drive alignment across teams with different priorities and timelines.
  • Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong analytical judgment and ownership.

Required

  • Experience: 4+ years in analytics, business strategy, sales, or a related discipline.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, data/analytics, technology, or a related field.
  • Strategy & roadmap: Build and maintain a multi-year analytics roadmap and testing/measurement strategy to improve customer experience, drive sales results, and optimize client opportunity.
  • Problem solving: Apply structured, strategic thinking to deliver practical, analytics-driven solutions that augment human decision-making and produce measurable outcomes.
  • Communication: Clearly communicate and visualize complex concepts in writing and verbally for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Execution & prioritization: Manage multiple concurrent initiatives, prioritize effectively, and adapt quickly as needs change.
  • Program leadership: Lead cross-functional delivery in ambiguous, fast-moving environments; build strong partnerships with Product and Sales to drive analytics-led change.
  • AI delivery: Design and implement AI solutions that emphasize user experience, integrate into human-centric workflows, and deliver measurable business impact.
  • Stakeholder influence: Influence senior stakeholders with crisp recommendations, effective visualizations, and tailored narratives.
  • Alignment: Align interdependent priorities across stakeholder groups to deliver integrated solutions tied to customer and business outcomes.
  • Data rigor: Champion data quality, documentation, and analytical rigor across deliverables and decision processes.
  • Tools: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word; strong proficiency using LLMs and Copilot to improve productivity and day-to-day processes.

  • Experience working with sales, product, data and analytic organizations 

  • Working knowledge of how Machine Learning and AI techniques can enhance forecasting, optimization, or decisioning workflows.
