Job Title: Business Process Consultant

Location: Remote

Compensation Expectation: $75-80/hour

The Role of Senior Program Manager: We are seeking a Business Analyst to support an AI Platform, serving as the critical link between business stakeholders and technical teams. This role will be responsible for gathering and translating business requirements into scalable platform solutions that enhance customer engagement and delivery capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for the AI Platform
  • Create user stories, epics, acceptance criteria, and maintain a prioritized product backlog with the Product Owner
  • Analyze current business processes and recommend improvements through automation and AI-enabled workflows
  • Develop process maps, workflow diagrams, and business documentation to support platform enhancements
  • Facilitate requirements workshops and collaborate with global stakeholders to validate business needs
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Technical Architecture teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Support roadmap planning by identifying business priorities, market trends, and enhancement opportunities
  • Create business requirements documents, user guides, SOPs, and training materials
  • Define test scenarios, coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), and support quality assurance activities
Knowledge & Experience
  • 5+ years of Business Analyst experience focused on requirements gathering, process analysis, and stakeholder management
  • Minimum of 3 years working with the ServiceNow platform
  • Experience with Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), Project Management, Enterprise Agile Planning, and Agile methodologies
  • Strong knowledge of business process modeling, workflow documentation, and requirements management
  • Experience developing user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting Agile delivery teams
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders
Preferred Skills
  • ServiceNow CSA, CIS, or related ServiceNow certifications
  • Knowledge of AI/GenAI technologies and AI-enabled workflow solutions
  • Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies
  • Business Analyst certifications such as CBAP or equivalent
