Job description

We areseekinga motivated and analyticalProcess Analysttojoinour distribution centerteam. In this role, you will analyze thecurrent processes,identifyimprovement opportunities, anddrivethe implementation of solutions that enhance efficiency, productivity, and operational consistency.

The Process Analyst will work closely with Operations,Facilities and Maintenance,IT,CustomerServiceand other crossfunctional teams to collect data, document processes, and support improvement initiatives aligned with distribution center goals.

Key Responsibilities

Process Analysis

  • Own endtoend process analysisfordistribution center processes and workflows toidentifyinefficiencies, bottlenecks, and variability.
  • Analyzecurrentstate performance usingprocess mapping, time studies, andonfloorobservations to understand currentstate operations.
  • Collaborate withcrossfunctionalteams to gather data,operationalfeedback, andprocessinsights.

Process Improvement Initiatives

  • Lead assigned process improvement initiatives from concept through implementation and stabilization.
  • Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement concepts to reduce waste and improve cycle time and productivity.
  • Ownpilotdesign,executionand validation includingpost implementation monitoring of improvements.

Data Analysis & Performance Metrics

  • Collect, analyze, and summarize data related to key performance indicators (KPIs) such as productivity, quality, and throughput.
  • Develop andmaintaindashboards, reports, and visual summaries for operational reviews.
  • Conductroot cause analysis for performance gaps and operational issuesand recommend corrective actions.

Technology & Systems Support

  • Evaluateprocessimpactsof new systems, tools, or automation initiatives.
  • Work with IT and Operations teamsfortesting, rollout, and stabilization of process or system changes.
  • Documentsystem-relatedprocess changes and user impacts.

Documentation & Training

  • Develop,maintainand update standard operating procedures (SOPs), standard work, and process documentation.
  • Ensure documentation is clear,accurate, and aligned with operational execution.
  • Own change communication related to process updates and documentation revisions.
  • Ensure alignment between documented processes, system configuration, and operational execution.

Safety & Compliance

  • Ensure all processdesigns andchangescomply withsafety, regulatoryand operational standards.
  • Identifyoperational and ergonomic risks related to process or layout changes and partner with Safety teams to mitigate them.
  • Own risk assessment inputs for assigned process changes.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree inindustrial engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, ora relatedfield.
  • 2+ years of experience in process analysis,industrial engineering,continuous improvement, or operations.
  • Foundational understanding of Lean / Continuous Improvement concepts.
  • Strong analytical skills withproficiencyinExcel; exposure to data visualization tools is a plus.
  • Familiarity with process mapping and basictimemotionstudies preferred.
  • Knowledgein distribution center operations such as picking, packing, shipping, and inventory management.
  • Experiencewithdistribution center operationsandautomation is a plus.
  • Strongproblemsolving, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in both office and warehouse environments.
