Americaneagle.com is looking for a motivated, driven Business Development Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you'll generate new business through proactive outbound prospecting-phone, email, LinkedIn, events, and more-identifying and qualifying prospects, building pipeline, and scheduling discovery calls for our senior sales team. You'll work closely with Sales and Marketing leadership to shape targeting and messaging, all while keeping activity and pipeline data accurate in Salesforce.

Responsibilities
  • Generate new business pipeline through outbound prospecting across multiple channels, including cold calling, email, LinkedIn, networking events, and other creative outreach
  • Engage, qualify, and route Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and self-sourced prospects to ensure a continuous flow of sales opportunities
  • Own pipeline management from initial outreach through qualification by building, tracking, and updating lead activity in Salesforce
  • Schedule and coordinate discovery calls for Senior Sales Representatives, ensuring a seamless handoff throughout the sales cycle
  • Partner with Marketing and Sales leadership to develop targeting strategies, messaging, and campaigns
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly goals for qualified meetings, pipeline generation, and opportunities created
  • Provide accurate activity and pipeline reporting to support forecasting and business strategy
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Business Management, Marketing, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience as a Business Development Representative (BDR), Sales Development Representative (SDR), or in a business development or sales role with a demonstrated track record of pipeline generation and achieving quota
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage decision-makers at multiple organizational levels
  • Outgoing, energetic, and personable with a genuine passion for building relationships and initiating conversations
  • Ability to stay organized and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while managing multiple priorities
  • Strong listening skills with the ability to identify prospect needs and ask effective qualifying questions
  • Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven with a strong desire to contribute to business growth
  • Collaborative team player with the initiative to work independently and drive results
  • Willingness and ability to travel occasionally for conferences, trade shows, and client meetings
  • Exposure to digital marketing, web design and development, hosting, or digital services preferred
  • Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms, preferably Salesforce, along with ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator preferred
