The Technical Business Analyst serves as a key liaison between customers and software development teams, ensuring business needs are accurately translated into system and functional requirements. This role is responsible for gathering requirements, creating business and technical documentation, supporting business process improvements, and collaborating with development and quality assurance teams throughout the software development lifecycle. The analyst helps ensure successful delivery of product enhancements, system changes, and production releases while staying informed on industry trends and emerging technologies.
This is a remote position and candidates must live within approximately a 70-mile
radius of our office locations in Allen, TX; Lenexa, KS; Springfield, MO; or Monett, MO; Louisville, KY; Birmingham. AL; Troy, MI; Charolette, NC;
The salary range for this position is $80,550- $115,000 and will be determined based
on location and experience level.
All positions, regardless of location, may require an onsite interview or in-person
onboarding requirement to verify your identity.
What you'll be responsible for:
  • Interacts with customers to gather system requirements.
  • Defines the system and functional requirements of the product.
  • Prepares business requirements and functional specifications.
  • Serves as a resource and/or participant in business process re-design activities. Assists the customer in determining if and how system enhancements may improve process flow and business function.
  • May perform application, system and regression tests.
  • Responsible for creating business requirements and system documentation, as well as contributing to end-user and project management documentation.
  • Works with quality assurance and programming teams to ensure changes are migrated into production correctly.
  • Interacts with technical teams to convey business requirements.
  • Works with industry research groups to prepare for product trends.
  • May perform other job duties as assigned.

What you'll need to have:
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in Technical Business Analyst.
  • Must have 3 years of experience in Oracle Fusion ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) or SCM (Supply Chain Management) .

What would be nice for you to have:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience in the following : ERP Security, Report Writing, ADO/Jira,ServiceNow.
  • Has a wide range of experience and able to resolve complex issues. Works on complex and diverse projects. Analysis requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Exercises good judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining solutions.
  • Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
  • General knowledge of the financial industry.
  • Excellent communication and customer interaction skills.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Good grammar and writing skills.
  • Able to define system and functional requirements.
