  • Scope, engage, and manage third-party vendors for physical due diligence, including property condition assessments, Phase I/II environmental reports, and other technical inspections; critically evaluate findings and quantify their impact on business plan assumptions and capital expenditure budgets.
  • Own the legal due diligence process, including but not limited to management of outside counsel review of purchase and sale agreements, title commitments, and surveys; track all contingency periods, and resolve open title and survey matters.

Who You Are

  • A highly motivated self-starter who can work independently without planned support and is driven through intellectual curiosity with superior time management, prioritization and professional vertical and horizontal communication skills.
  • Passionate about real estate, have a ravenous appetite for learning new things, and enjoy a goal-driven, fast-paced environment utilizing your competitive work ethic with a nimble, cognitive ability to adapt to change and succeed in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
