Job description

We are looking for a Automotive Accessory Installation Tech to join our growing team! The right candidate will have previous automotive experience and excellent customer service skills.


Automotive Accessory Installation Tech Responsibilities 

  • Complete installations of aftermarket accessories on customers’ vehicles including spray in bed-liners, truck covers, trailer hitches, and more.
  • Clean and maintain the work environment to ensure equipment longevity and workplace safety.
  • Maintain legible and accurate paperwork for both the customer and company records.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of current industry standards and best practices.
  • Report to work on time as per posted schedule
  • Perform any other duties as assigned on a maintenance schedule or as requested by the Manager
  • Adhere to safety rules and be safety conscious
  • Maintain a personal appearance and decorum that will reflect high professionalism
  • Must be able to work in a Team environment
  • Providing excellent customer service keeping in mind that our customer’s perspective comes first.


Qualifications 

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Dexterity, requiring a steady hand, excellent hand-eye coordination
  • Mechanical and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Basic computer competencies
  • Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player with ability to collaborate with others effectively
  • Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications
  • Lift and move inventory items and work-related items (up to 50 pounds)
  • Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Willing to submit to pre-employment drug screen and background check
