Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated Associate Attorney - Personal Injury Litigation

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and litigate your own caseload from inception through trial

  • Serve as second chair on partner-led cases

  • Conduct legal research, drafting, and motion practice

  • Handle depositions, discovery, and court appearances

  • Maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of litigation experience (personal injury highly preferred)

  • Licensed to practice in Washington, D.C., and Maryland and/or Virginia (all three jurisdictions a plus)
