The daily tasks for this position include:
  • Providing exceptional client service by updating them on the status of their case through phone calls, text messaging, and emails.
  • Reviewing documents to ensure accuracy.
  • Keeping thorough documentation in the case management system.
  • Manage the retrieval and processing of medical records.
  • Maintaining physical custody of the file and keeping it organized and updated appropriately.
  • Providing professional assistance to the attorney assigned to the file.

This is a full-time position. At least 3 years of verifiable experience as a Claimant's Workers' Compensation Paralegal is required. Paralegal Certificate preferred but not required.

Qualifications:

Associate's degree (A. A. / A. S.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or three to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
