- You’ll represent the firm by appearing for court appearances and trial preparations.

- Support clients by attending board meetings for community associations, as needed.

The anticipated salary range for this role is $75,000.00 to $85,000.00 for entry level. With 2-4 years of experience, the anticipated salary range for this role is $90,000.00 to $105,000.00.   

Depending on the role, the actual salary noted may vary based on several factors, including, but not limited to, the applicant’s qualifications, years of relevant experience, level of education, and any certifications or professional licenses held.

Griffin Alexander, P.C. has over 25 years of experience in Community Association law, representing over 225 Community Associations; and experienced in Landlord Tenant law representing over 300 Apartment Complexes across New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania. We are proud of our continued commitment to our clients and provide responsive representation in a timely fashion.
Our services to associations include construction defect litigation, as well as other litigation matters, collection of delinquent unit owner maintenance fees, ADR, interpretation of governing documents, drafting resolutions, contracts and amendments to governing documents. For our apartment clients, we handle evictions from preparation of required Notices, to the filing of eviction complaints, court appearances and warrants of removal. We also draft leases, assist in solving landlord/tenant disputes and represent landlords at rent control hearings and in Civil Rights actions. In addition, our firm also provides services in Municipal Court Law, Wills and Real Estate closings.
