Growing Law Firm is seeking a proven trial attorney to lead and develop a team of litigators at our offices in Dallas.

This leadership role oversees a team of 4-6 attorneys and their litigation staff while guiding case strategy from intake through trial or resolution. Our firm invests heavily in litigation and prepares every case as though it will go to trial. Attorney Managers play a critical role in maintaining that standard while mentoring the next generation of trial lawyers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of 4-6 litigation attorneys and their support staff
  • Guide case strategy from pre-litigation through trial or settlement
  • Conduct regular case strategy reviews and ensure cases are developed aggressively and efficiently
  • Mentor junior attorneys in deposition practice, motion practice, negotiation strategy, and trial preparation
  • Ensure cases are thoroughly prepared and positioned for trial when necessary
  • Review pleadings, discovery, and case evaluations prepared by team attorneys
  • Assist attorneys with complex litigation issues, high-value cases, and trial preparation
  • Maintain high standards for client communication, case progression, and legal work product
  • Foster a culture of accountability, professional development, and exceptional client service

Qualifications

  • J.D. from an accredited law school
  • Active Texas Bar license required
  • 5+ personal injury jury trials preferred (Plaintiff or Defense)
  • Strong experience handling Texas personal injury cases from intake through litigation and trial
  • Demonstrated leadership, mentorship, or supervisory experience
  • Proven ability to evaluate cases, develop litigation strategy, and guide attorneys through complex litigation
  • Excellent courtroom presence, negotiation skills, and litigation judgment
