Associate Attorney – Commercial Litigation | Seattle, WA

Robert Half Legal is partnering with a respected Pacific Northwest law firm that is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney with approximately 3+ years of experience to join its growing litigation practice in Seattle. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who enjoys handling a diverse caseload of commercial disputes and complex business litigation while working alongside experienced litigators in a collaborative and supportive environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing litigation matters from inception through resolution and possess strong legal research, writing, analytical, and client communication skills.


Key Responsibilities

  • Represent clients in a broad range of commercial and business litigation matters.
  • Handle contract disputes, business tort claims, regulatory compliance matters, and other complex civil litigation issues.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, legal memoranda, and other litigation-related documents.
  • Conduct legal research and prepare persuasive written analyses.
  • Participate in all phases of the litigation process, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediation, arbitration, and trial preparation.
  • Develop case strategy and work closely with partners and clients to achieve favorable outcomes.
