We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Senior Senior Litigation Attorney

Position Overview :

The Litigation Attorney

Requirements :

  • Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and responses

  • Provide effective legal counsel in the defense of civil disputes in South Carolina

  • Handle diverse and challenging cases for retail and hospitality clients

  • Prepare for and participate in depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials

  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis

  • Develop and implement litigation strategies aligned with client goals

  • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel

  • Collaborate with attorneys across the firm to deliver comprehensive legal solutions

  • Contribute to the growth of the firm and expansion of its presence throughout South Carolina

  • Write reports and develop budgets

Qualifications :

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

  • Admission to the South Carolina Bar

  • Admission to the Federal District Court of South Carolina (preferred)

  • Minimum of 3 years of civil defense experience with a demonstrated track record defending civil matters

  • Excellent analytical, writing, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Commitment to delivering exceptional client service

  • Civil Defense Experience
