Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Associate Attorney with a focus on Construction and Labor Law to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for representing clients in matters related to workplace injuries, discrimination, and labor rights. This role requires a commitment to advocating for workers' rights and ensuring fair treatment in the workplace.
Key Responsibilities

  • Represent clients in legal proceedings related to workplace injuries and construction accidents.
  • Advise clients on their rights and obligations under labor law.
  • Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings and motions.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
  • Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients in workplace-related disputes.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in labor laws and regulations to provide informed legal counsel.
