Job description

Prominent national law firm is seeking an Attorney to join their thriving practice. Ideal candidate will have strong writing skills and have 2+ years litigation experience in one or more of the following areas: Professional Liability, Premises Liability, Construction, NY Labor Law, Medical Malpractice, General Tort, Transportation, Auto, General Liability, Personal Injury, Products Liability, Civil Litigation, Employment, Toxic Tort/Environmental.


Open to both Plaintiff's or Defense side experience!


You'll work on a variety of interesting matters including various venue liability litigation (Recreational & Sports Venues, Amusement Parks, etc.).


Option to work 4 days remote, 1 day onsite in their midtown NYC office.


Responsibilities:

  • Handle cases from inception to conclusion
  • Take and defend depositions
  • Court appearances
  • Draft motions, pleadings and respond to discovery


Qualifications:

  • Strong research and writing skills
  • 2+ years of litigation experience
  • Must be licensed to practice and in good standing in NY.


Base salary range 120k-165k + Generous Bonuses & Full Benefits Package + Mostly Remote or Hybrid
