OverviewSeeking a creative thinker and visual storyteller to support the development of engaging content across global and market-specific social media platforms. This role blends concepting, design execution, and trend awareness to drive brand engagement across channels. Will collaborate closely with creative teams to produce social-first content that connects with diverse audiences.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to the creative development and execution of social-first content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube
- Design and develop platform-specific assets for both organic and paid social campaigns
- Partner with cross-functional teams to concept and execute content aligned with campaign objectives
- Support art direction for photo and video shoots, including pre-production planning and on-set assistance
- Collaborate with designers, editors, and copywriters to ensure cohesive visual storytelling
- Assist in creating social playbooks, including templates and visual direction
- Stay current on platform trends, formats, and cultural moments, applying insights to content creation
- Ensure all creative aligns with brand standards and platform best practices
- Support creator and influencer collaborations to develop authentic content
- Contribute to a collaborative, feedback-driven team environment
Must Have Qualifications- Portfolio showcasing relevant creative work
- 1-2 years of social media content creation experience (maximum 5 years total experience)
- Experience creating content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Ability to support and participate in shoots 2-3 days per week
- Bachelor's degree (4-year)
Preferred Qualifications- Background in design or art direction, ideally in a social-first, beauty, or lifestyle environment
- Experience with photo/video production processes
- Familiarity with motion or video tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro)
- Strong understanding of social media trends and audience behavior
- Strong design eye for composition, styling, and visual storytelling
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Open to feedback with a collaborative mindset
- Interest in both polished and lo-fi/social-native content styles
- Passion for storytelling and digital content creation
Pay Details: $30.00 to $34.00 per hour
