ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 1990 and currently lead a team of six. Before becoming an agent with State Farm, I worked as a legislative assistant. Growing up in an insurance family—my father was an agent as well—I saw firsthand the opportunity this career offers and knew I wanted to build something of my own.
I have three adult sons, and outside of the office I enjoy staying active. I’m an avid hiker and even hiked Mount Kilimanjaro last year—an experience that reflects the kind of challenge and perseverance I value both personally and professionally.
I’m very involved in the community. My golden retriever and I volunteer at schools and hospitals, and I also spend time teaching English to Spanish speakers and mentoring children from single-parent homes. Giving back and making a difference is an important part of who I am.
Our agency offers health insurance after 90 days, Simple IRA, licensing reimbursement, work-life balance, external coaching, and ongoing team training. I also provide lunch during team meetings as a way to bring everyone together and stay connected.
This is a sales-focused environment, and I’m looking for someone who is driven, competitive, and motivated by performance. The right person will bring initiative, positive energy, and a strong desire to succeed. I’m especially interested in individuals who see themselves as future entrepreneurs and are eager to grow within a coaching-focused environment. If you’re someone who thrives on challenge, wants to build something meaningful, and is ready to push yourself to the next level, this could be a great fit for you.
