ABOUT OUR AGENCY:I've been a State Farm agent for 20 years, with an additional 13 years of prior experience in claims operations and management. We opened our second office in 2016 and have grown into a strong team of around 20 across both locations. Many of our team members have been with us for over a decade, which speaks to the supportive and stable environment we've built.
I was born in Texas and later spent time in Arizona and Nevada before returning to Texas, where I graduated from the University of North Texas. I'm a proud husband and parent of two adult children, and I enjoy traveling, off-roading with friends, and spending time with our two Corgis.

You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred.
