Phil opened his State Farm agency in February 2022 after spending 20 years in corporate finance within the travel industry. He earned his BBA in Finance from University of Texas at Arlington and his MBA from Southern Methodist University. As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Phillip Rice - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.
