About Us:We are a growing State Farm Insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients. As our business expands, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Account Associate / Executive Assistant to support our Agent in managing day-to-day operations.
Position Overview:As the Executive Assistant, you will report directly to the Agent and play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations. You will assist with email correspondence, bill payments, report preparation, onboarding new employees, light HR tasks, overseeing our social media presence, and other
administrative duties. This is an in-person position requiring a proactive and reliable individual who can handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and respond to non-sensitive client emails in a timely manner
  • Prepare and organize reports for internal teams
  • Assist with the offices bill payments and tracking financial obligations
  • Support the onboarding process for new employees
  • Perform light HR tasks such as maintaining employee records and assisting with basic employee communications
