ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency has been serving the community since 2015, with a second location added in 2022. We’ve grown into a team of seven and continue to expand, building a strong, relationship-focused environment across both offices.
I became a State Farm agent right out of college and am a graduate of Ohio University. I’m married, love animals, and enjoy both watching and playing sports.
For our team, we offer PTO and paid holidays, health benefits, reimbursement for licensing costs, and a strong focus on work-life balance.
Our office culture is confident, upbeat, and relationship-driven. We believe in building real connections with our customers rather than treating interactions as transactional. We’re looking for someone who is outgoing, personable, and not afraid to pick up the phone - someone who brings energy, confidence, and a passion for building relationships while growing their career.
ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Steven Saraniti - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.
Grow your career as you better your community. As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
  • Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
