What we are looking for:

Our current team is a group of pleasant people who like to talk with people in a friendly and professional manner, have solid typing skills and enjoy answering questions and providing value to our future customers.ย  This is NOT a sales position, but our team does work hard to be the face our company by providing excellent customer service and scheduling service appointments to over 300 customers a day.ย  The day will fly by interacting with customers calling you to schedule everything from routine maintenance to recall work.ย  We will train you on the necessary details to become a โ€œmini-expertโ€ in this area, so no prior knowledge is necessary.ย  Finally, this position will strive to generate repeat business by reaching out to current customers and ensuring complete satisfaction through their repair journey.

Job Requirements:

Successful BDC professionals have come from a variety of backgrounds. The ideal candidate has customer service and/or a general sales background of some sort, (electronics, appliances, real estate, B2B, marketing, etc.), a hard-working professional with experience providing exceptional customer service and looking to make a career change, or a recent college graduate looking to pursue a career in the automotive space.ย  So, if you have:

  • Previous customer service experience
  • Previous call center and/or Internet sales experience a plus
  • Requires strong written and verbal communication skills in order to work most effectively with customers, via phone and email.
  • Must be Internet savvy, have good computer skills and excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent follow-up skills.
  • Great attitude, work ethic and positive outlook.
  • The desire to meet/beat sales and performance goals.
  • Respond to inquiries in a timely fashion
  • Maintain an ongoing customer database to capture repeat business
