Role Overview:
We are looking for a Learning Experience Designer who goes beyond traditional instructional design to create engaging, modern, and performance-driven learning experiences. This role requires a strong blend of design thinking, business acumen, and hands-on experience leveraging AI tools to design, develop, and scale high-impact learning solutions.
This individual will design end-to-end learning experiences that support agent success and management effectiveness, using a mix of digital, live, and experiential modalities. The ideal candidate is both creative and strategic, capable of transforming complex business needs into intuitive, engaging, and measurable learning journeys.
What You'll Do:
  • Design and develop end-to-end learning experiences (not just courses) aligned to business outcomes and learner needs
  • Apply human-centered design and design thinking methodologies to create impactful, learner-centric solutions
  • Leverage AI tools (e.g., generative AI, content automation tools, adaptive learning platforms) to accelerate development and enhance personalization
  • Create innovative learning assets including:
    • AI-assisted eLearning modules
    • Scenario-based simulations and branching experiences
    • Interactive videos and microlearning
    • Performance support tools (job aids, infographics, playbooks)
    • Facilitator guides and learner toolkits
  • Design blended learning journeys that integrate:
    • Self-paced digital learning
    • Virtual instructor-led sessions
    • In-person workshops
    • Social and cohort-based learning experiences
  • Partner with SMEs and stakeholders to translate business needs into engaging learning strategies
  • Rapidly prototype and iterate learning solutions using AI-supported design workflows
  • Conduct quality assurance, usability testing, and continuous improvement of learning experiences prior to launch

What You'll Bring:
  • 5+ years of experience in learning experience design, instructional design, or related field
  • Proven ability to design across multiple modalities and formats (digital, live, experiential)
  • Demonstrated experience using AI tools to create or enhance learning assets (e.g., content generation, video creation, simulations, personalization)
  • Strong portfolio showcasing innovative, engaging learning experiences (not just slide-based training)
  • Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, compelling, and actionable learning experiences
  • Experience designing for sales, leadership development, or performance-based roles (insurance/financial services experience preferred)
  • Proficiency with learning technologies such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, Scribe, HeyGen, Premier, and other modern authoring tools and technologies
  • Advanced skills in PowerPoint and content design tools; familiarity with multimedia and video tools is a plus
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Pay Transparency
Salary Range: $100,000-$143,000
Overtime eligible: Exempt
Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes

Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
